Do you offer delivery?

Yes, unless you are getting a grab and go garland, everything is delivered and set up at the location of the event. Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up for any of our backdrops and props.

How much set up time do you require?

Generally we advise a minimum of 1 hour depending on the size of the set up. If your venue only allows for a shorter set up time, please let us know and we can judge whether it will be enough time to achieve your desired set up.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.

Can your packages be altered to different colours & themes?

Yes, all of our packages can be changed to suit any colour or theme that you are after. If you are requiring additional props or backdrops in colours we do not have, there will be an additional charge.

When do you come to pack down?

We can come as soon as you are finished and ready for pack down. If your event is at nighttime and your set up is in a safe undercover locked up area, we are happy to pack down the next day. For any pack downs after 8pm there is an additional charge.

Do you have a minimum spend?

No, however, your delivery fee will be the same regardless of the size of the job.
